We send text messages from two numbers. Both accept STOP and HELP, and each is handled separately — opting out of one does not opt you out of the other.

• (289) 216-3227 — our booking system number. Automated appointment reminders, job status updates, and review requests. This number sends messages only and cannot receive calls.

Message Frequency

Messages are recurring. You can expect to receive up to 4 messages per month. Message frequency may vary depending on your booking activity and promotions.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge fees for sending or receiving text messages, especially if you do not have an unlimited texting or data plan. Please contact your carrier for details about your plan.

How to Opt Out

Replying STOP to any message you have received from us is the simplest way to opt out — it always reaches the number that sent it. You can also text STOP directly to our shop number (647) 874-7318 or our booking system number (289) 216-3227. Because the two are separate services, opting out of one does not stop messages from the other — text STOP to both if you want no further messages of any kind.
