Advanced Vehicle Guard Inc — Last updated: August 2026
These terms apply when you book a service, buy a product, or use the website of Advanced Vehicle Guard Inc ("we," "us," or "our"), located at 222 Evans Ave., Etobicoke, Ontario. By booking an appointment or placing an order you agree to them. How we handle your personal information is covered separately in our Privacy Policy.
We provide automotive appearance and protection services, including paint protection film (PPF), ceramic coatings, window tinting, vinyl wraps, paint correction, interior and exterior detailing, dash camera installation, ambient lighting, and related work.
Service descriptions and coverage are set out on the relevant service page. Where the work required differs from what was described at booking — because of the vehicle's condition, size, or previous work done to it — we will tell you before proceeding.
Many of our service packages are listed with "starting at" pricing. These prices represent the base cost for standard-condition vehicles in the smallest applicable size category. The final price of any service may be adjusted based on, but not limited to, the following factors:
A deposit paid at the time of booking is based on the estimated "starting at" price and does not guarantee a final price. If, upon inspection or during the service, the actual needs of the vehicle exceed the scope of the original estimate, the final price may increase accordingly.
In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate any significant price changes before proceeding. The remaining balance, including any adjustments, is due on the day of your appointment upon completion of the service.
Prices are in Canadian dollars and exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The deposit amount is calculated as a percentage of the estimated service price and will be applied toward the total cost of the service upon completion.
Dealer and trade accounts are invoiced under separate arrangements and are not required to pay a deposit.
Please remove personal belongings and valuables before dropping your vehicle off. We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle.
Some services require the vehicle to remain with us beyond the working day — ceramic coatings need time to cure, and multi-day work such as full-body film cannot be interrupted. We will confirm the expected duration when we quote the vehicle.
We will tell you if we find pre-existing damage, previous repairs, or paint conditions that affect the work. Some conditions — including failing clear coat, prior body filler, or aftermarket paint — can limit what a coating or film will achieve, and in some cases mean we decline the work rather than deliver a result that will not last.
Warranty coverage varies by service and is confirmed in writing at the time of the work. Where a warranty applies, the specific term, what it covers, and any maintenance required to keep it valid are set out in the documentation you receive.
Warranties cover defects in the product or our installation. They do not cover damage from collision, abrasion, improper washing (including automatic brush washes), chemical exposure, or normal wear.
If something is not right with work we have done, contact us before anyone else touches it. Work altered or removed by a third party cannot be assessed or covered.
Products purchased through our online shop are subject to availability. We will contact you if an item cannot be fulfilled.
Gift cards are redeemable against services and products, do not expire, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Reward points and referral credits have no cash value, are issued at our discretion, and may be adjusted or withdrawn where they have been earned in error or through misuse.
Automated messages about your booking — appointment reminders, job status updates, and review requests — are sent from our booking system number (289) 216-3227. Our team may also text you directly from our shop number (647) 874-7318, which is also the line you can call. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
You can stop messages at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by texting STOP to either number. The two are separate services, so opting out of one does not stop messages from the other. Full messaging terms, including how to opt in and out and how to get help, are in our Privacy Policy & SMS Terms.
We carry out our work with reasonable skill and care. Where we are found liable for loss or damage arising from our services, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the laws of Ontario or Canada, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you book or order is the one that applies.
